and pleading Online Freelancing. I astonishing found some bottlenecks of my
dream:

They are too poor in
English…that I can’t express in words…

Most of them don’t
have a PC, Laptop… only mobile
·
Everyone was interested
and willing to go for a short CUT! At the time DESTINY 2000, Speak Asia gone crazy…I
have got the lesson that my dream never comes true…
Despite these, I
was overwhelmed to go for trial and errors to find and manage some fellow
students to encourage…
Visited and met with
some leaders, College Principal, University V.Cs…to conduct events..
I have created a project, Blog, Facebook page… but a very little negligible impact …example

I was then printed
10,000 pamphlets to distribute, and have been trying relentlessly with my limited resource to address my SR. From Primary to University Masters complete under
public institution. Republic Public subsidized educational institute. I haven’t
done anything to pay off my loan…!!
I always feel guilty
off and always trying to do something as my social responsibility…Four years
spent with Hazra Taju University College- A sum total of 5K-6K students’
campus. I was looking then looking for an ELEPHANT amount… but haven’t got a MOUSE
2008-2011
After that- I have
joined with a Kutubdia Technical & Business Management College as
Principal. In a sense and hope for a better CHANCE to promote my DREAM, because
this was an ICT-worthy Technical education College. OMG- there was no electricity
and quality students!
2016- March 2018 Again back to pavilion…
join with Noapara University College ….
All the same, no outcomes
Since April 2018- I have been dedicated
to developing my carrier in digital Marketing…Pieces of training, Internships, Courses completing
to gain knowledge and carrier development to land a job…I am almost about to
LAND a job with an American Consultant as a Personal Manager… $43 hour, part-timer 15 hours week. Signed a primary MOU, supposed to sign up an
original contract next week…. Due to COVID-19 no trace off!!
But I am a serious contender,
CHALLENGER thriving to achieve and drive my goal. MY wife, Nephew, Kids,
friends dishearten me… they always suggest I get a low profile $10-20 an
hour job! But my ambition and target Mid LEVEL executive carrier job in Marketing
with an hourly @$ 35-45 Minimum.
I never give up… and have been
spending online 30-40 hours a week in search of my stipulated and desired job.
This is my real-time HISTORY…. To give

for simplicity, we may take the vulnerable= 50% in consideration

Now a daze a significant amount of the population is youth 18-35 age group about 40%, easily take 50% in total.
So
this is a TALE of 50% of people in Bangladesh. Isn’t it?

Findings:
On average our 50% of people habituated to stay, use
online weekly on an average of 15 hours a week.
So YOU must have to be purposeful. YOU know your
situation- how much time you spent online. I just try to present an average
idea to carry forward. But I am confident that the findings are real-time TRUE
scenarios. However- plan your future with
a mission and vision strategy.
Let’s see HOW?
- Say for example- age group- 20-24 those who are pursuing a degree, honors, and Masters: You may use 10 out of 15 hours in finding how to be
a freelancer. From starting to Masters it will take 5-6 years to complete and
pass.
- Secondly- Completed degree, honors, and Masters any enter
in to the job market
- Thirdly- Those who are in full time and may try to earn
more income and comfort
- Fourthly- Retirees those who are willing and looking for
earn living
- Fifth- Educated housewives willing to earn income in
their extra time…
Our finding shows that the minimum average online time spent a
week= 15 + other 5 Hours =20 Hrs.
We may go for 50:50 ratios… 50% percent for rough use +
50% for featured purposeful use.
OK?
In our segment #1- Student may invest idle time 10 hrs
week at least for 5 years
and the time= 10 X 52 X 5 = 2600 Hours (6 months holidays + others 6 month= 1 yr off)
So you have been getting 2600 hours of precious time to
invest.
Category #2- Service holders they are having 10
hours to invest per week onwards…
Categories #4-5- Having plenty of time to invest, depends on them try more
Conclusion…
This is an awareness and definitive beginning stage…

I am confident and sure to manage a job within the next 3 months after COVID-19 Pandemic over.
Minimum $60-65 K a month BDT 500K….I can’t manage such a
job in Bangladesh in a lifetime.
