Problem analysis

The Bangladeshi education system is not producing Adaptable Creative Workforce. Graduates are not able to apply education in the real working field due to a lack of skills and practical knowledge. Producing poor competency to co-opt the real-life of career/challenges. Passing out but real input to the practical world of the profession is negligible. Little has been done to stimulate an appetite for learning to equip for the challenges ahead

1. Poor job opportunity
2. Engaged in odd and inappropriate jobs
3. Commitment/competency level is low in context of needs and demand in the job market
4. No ‘know-how’ techniques to cope with the new situation at the job place
5. Low capacity to select the app job
6. Low opportunities to build professional ability before a job placement
7. Organizations often face high-cost involvement with its employees

Boishakhi parade, which is much like a carnival parade. A Brief History: " The Mughal Emperor Akbar ordered a reform of the calendar. Accordingly, Fatehullah Shirazi, a renowned scholar, and astronomer formulated the Bengali year on the basis of the Hijri lunar and solar Hindu solar calendars. The new Fasli San (agricultural year) was introduced on 10/11 March 1584 but was dated from Akbar's ascension to the throne in 1556. The new year subsequently became known as Bônggabdo or Bengali year " Wiki Panta Ilish - a traditional platter of leftover rice soaked in water with fried Hilsa, supplemented with dried fish (Shutki), pickles (Achar), lentils (dal), green chilies, and onion - a popular dish for the Pohela Boishakh festival.
