How Do I Increase ROI in performance?

As a service provider, we always focus on showing our craze in a RESUME. What you need to realize is that a 10X ROI starts with a 10X mindset.

Moreover- it will require a 10X company culture too. So, this is not a one-sided game! Both hands to make a clap!!

When you stop viewing success as an option and start looking at it as a duty, you’re on the path toward 10X results. An employer/HR to do find the right talent, you will generate more return on your investment because you will spend less time, energy, and money dealing with employee retention.

A ratio over 5:1 is considered strong for most businesses, and a 10:1 ratio is exceptional.
1X – 10X ROI is the most recent matrix and ongoing debate that everyone used to get attention. From the employer and employee viewpoints- Employee, HR, Company Culture depends on greatly. While there is an ongoing debate about high-performing individual contributors – not enough attention thus far has been directed towards exploring how managers can drive 10X impacts through their teams. Before we take a deeper dive into the notion of 10x managers, it’s important to start by talking about what a manager is in the first place…
The main goal of a manager of a team is to: Ensure that teams produce more value than they would’ve produced without the manager’s involvement. It stands then, by definition, that by having a 10x manager in place on a team, that team should be able to produce 10x more value than if the manager was not involved at all.

How Can You Increase ROI Of Your Company Culture?

This leads to a common question from HR managers of whether it’s possible to actually measure the ROI of culture.
The answer is yes. The challenge understands how to measure a culture so that you can reliably determine whether your new culture is positively impacting productivity and employee engagement.
Good managers help each member of the team bring out their inner superstar.
Successful social media marketing is exactly what you need for your business to grow. Social media marketing can be a dynamic powerhouse that solidifies branding, creates quality leads, and drives sales towards 10X ROI.
“Culture describes ‘the way things work around here,’ while engagement describes ‘how people feel about the way things work around here.'”

The Society for Human Resource Management’s “Employee Engagement and Commitment” assigns a few universal signs that demonstrate employee engagement: employees are more likely to participate in work initiatives with enthusiasm, bring more brainpower and creativity to their daily tasks, and “go the extra mile” for large projects and initiatives. Engaged employees are also five times less likely to voluntarily leave the company. These engagement indicators have an obvious surface-level value in the workplace, but their long-term effects are even more powerful.

Measuring the ROI of Employee Engagement

Many aspects of employment are measurable, including employee output and productivity, length of service and rates of turnover, and actual dollars tied to a particular position. For some organizations, the biggest obstacle to measuring employee engagement is determining what exactly to measure. One way to approach the data is to divide it into two groups: how much money is lost through disengaged employees and how much money can be gained by engaging or re-engaging them.

The Cost of Employee Disengagement

Gallup’s “State of the American Workplace” report shows that up to 70 percent of employees are disengaged in the workplace, costing companies $450-550 billion every year from the following profitability drains:

  • Lack of productivity slows down the delivery of internal and external products and services.
  • High turnover rates increase the costs of recruitment and training.
  • Employee theft– both of objects and of time spent on non-work activities performed during working hours– eats away at budgets and productivity.
  • Unhappy employees spread dissatisfaction to other employees and negatively influence clients.
Depending on your company’s level of sophistication, you may not have ready statistics associated with the above bullet points. However, gathering anecdotal evidence of situations where lack of engagement affected client satisfaction or your company’s ability to deliver throughout the year is a good place to start to build a case for the cost of employee disengagement.

So- at large: this is a combination of 5 fingers to GRIP as teamwork. TEAM PLAYERS are not equally productive but as a whole crucial to success due to bondage. The sizes and shapes of fingers in a hand are not the same. This is a natural selection but precisely designed as a universal law. So team members, LEADERS, Mangers as a whole total CULTURE or environment may bring the 10X performance as a whole.

HOW do I use right Resume Keywords and Phrases to Land a Right Job

Keywords & Phrases Are Key to Land an Interview

First, you have to know and understand your enemy. These “resume reading robots” are often referred to as an ATS. Software sometimes involving artificial intelligence that employers can use as a filter for all incoming applications they receive via the web. The last Post discussed ATS...

An ATS doesn’t examine information on a resume the same way a human hiring manager would. Instead of looking at the overall picture of a candidate, the ATS combs your digital file for keywords and phrases and uses an algorithm to determine a “relevance” score. As Mark Slack and Erik Borowitz from The Muse put it, “[ATS software is] the 21st-century version of the troll under the bridge.”

Your resume keywords should include specific job requirements, including your skills, competencies, relevant credentials, and previous positions and employers. Always mean job-related HARD, TECHNICAL & SOFT Skills, Use of Action Verbs, Phrases

Essentially, keywords should be words that, at a glance, will show the hiring manager that you are a good fit for the job.

As a job seeker, you already know that keywords can make or break job seekers’ attempts to snag an interview because their resumes are fed into a company’s applicant tracking system or another resume scanning tools.
But there’s an art and science to picking the right words—and the power of keywords goes far beyond resumes. They are just as important when you are writing thank-you notes or crafting your LinkedIn profile or personal website—and even in verbal exchanges during interviews. Why? Keywords communicate critical information about your skills, qualifications, experiences, and achievements.

Consider the impact that this small sampling of HR keywords and phrases can have on how a prospective employer or internal hiring manager perceives you and your HR expertise:

An expert shares how you can use resume keywords to get your job ... The problem is, the majority of resumes never even land in the hands of a human. ... That's right; you're carefully crafted and hand-tailored resumes getting reviewed by bots. ... The position calls for “CRM software,” your resume must use those exact words.
Long gone are the days of “pounding the pavement” with paper copies of your resume when on the hunt for a job- sorry, Boomers!

Now with the majority of job postings existing online, chances are your resume is being seen by robots first and probably being trashed before even making it to the desk of an actual human. Don’t let that thought discourage you; there are ways to evade the immediate rejection from the bots.
And never mind to email subscribe ....stay tuned... SEE YOU

Why is it so hard to find a job?

How to improve your chances of getting a job online?

Here are some reasons finding a job might be challenging and how you can address them: Understanding what obstacles you face in the job market is the first step to overcoming them. If you are successful in the first step then you will be illegible for the next. The first hurdle to cross with well-crated apps worthy RESUME and COVER LETTER. Furthermore, interviews & other processes to get an offer you have to drive safely- FASTEN YOUR SEAT BELT to face a long drive journey!  To improve your odds of success, follow these steps:

1. Keep your resume updated and tailored to the position

In my previous post already been point out an emphasis on how to Customize and crafting professional-looking RESUME and cover Letters.  Make sure that your resume is well-organized and readable. When applying to a position, customize each application you send to match the desired skills listed on the job posting. This is especially important if you are submitting your resume through an electronic portal. Many employers use Applicant Tracking Systems technology, which scans your resume and searches for keywords to match with the job posting.

Based on how this software perceives that your resume matches what the employer is asking for, it then determines if your resume should continue to the hiring manager. Tailoring your resume to the job position can help ATS recognize that your qualifications match. To maximize your resume’s effectiveness, try the following:

  • Change the skills section in your resume to reflect keywords from the job posting. If a job posting seems to focus on specific skills or characteristics, then including those in the text of your resume and cover letter is helpful.

  • Keep your resume layout simple and readable. Choose a resume format and style that employers can quickly read. Consider asking someone to look over your resume, so you can gain perspective on how someone else may see it.

  • Keep your resume wording concise. To fill your resume with relevant information, try to keep the content simple and straightforward. This improves an employer’s ability to fully understand what skills you have.

2. Write your cover letter addressing all the details that employers looking for: Cover The letter is the most important aspect of the application journey to present before you the HIRING MANAGER. Precisely and briefly address all works can be done as per job posting in a half A4 size matter.

·         What is your passion for provide the services and understanding to get the job done
·         Teamwork and collaboration efforts to attain the goal
·          How you attain ROI

Keep in mind that you are competing with the global top talents of the borderless world. For any post, there are thousands of candidates applying for the post. Hiring Manager put all applications in automated software to find the right candidate out of hundreds. Mostly look at an applicant's resume and cover letter at a glance, not more than 2-3 minutes. So, keywords are the most important other than long tailored descriptions. This is a 21-century APPS and software-friendly world of the job market and you must have to keep in mind crafting your RESUME and COVER Letter accordingly.

Real Ways to Make Money from HOME

PEOPLE WHO SAY “IT’S EASY TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE” ARE LYING.

Have you been applying for jobs all over but just can’t seem to find freelance work?
Not even know where to apply and how to apply. Have you started feeling unlucky?
We hate to break it to you but honest truth; it really isn’t about luck but, about work, LOTS of it. But of course, it doesn’t mean just applying to lots and lots of jobs and praying something comes through. Sometimes it simply means being strategic and going about things the right way.

Do you want to make money online – and at home?
Are you looking for an online carrier- virtual working from home?
Are you looking for a full-time online opportunity, part-time?
Trying to pick up some extra cash from the comfort of your home without commuting?

The most important step is to try something. Try means with consistency. Most of the ventures will take a while to get going and to build up to the point where you’ll be making serious money. But you need to start somewhere!

First of all- Freelancing means working remotely, having much more freedom, being closer to our children, becoming a digital nomad…not an easy-going, and earning a passive income- like ads and words! Moreover- we are trying to be a freelancer competing with TALENTS of the whole globe.

Secondly- English is our second language. The most online working environment is English-oriented.

Thirdly- we are not living in USA UK OR Australia where the marketplace or the job market is situated.
Every day we are getting illusive ads, posts, videos to make easy money online as easy grapes are ready to eat from the plate.

Note: I am not talking about PPC, Surveys, and Affiliates like go-getter gig economy jobs. My purpose and niches are a bit different from those types of online works. I am pleading part or full-time ongoing placement situations. Not even thinking of online marketplace contractor jobs too. Since my inception in 2008, I have been going with market places namely- Freelancers, Odesk, Elance, and more…these all became an old GENERATION… and were painful to me because of micro works for a few time hire and fire. Again FINDING BIDING applying hassle takes 6 months to get a 2 weeks job again all the same bidding….. Besides all these hassles another most tragic incident might cause negative reviews from buyers. All buyers are not too good to handle…so many CRAZY and Mad people over there…

So, many issues and other cons, the reasons why I have already been avoided and discouraged to work with the marketplace.  They charge 20% out of your paid or earned money which is also a big issue for me.

Knowing and defining your professional skills:

With so much competition and so many people and headlines vying for our attention, sifting through and finding reputable sources to generate any respectable amount of income through the web has become an ever-increasing challenge. So, where are we supposed to turn to make money the legitimate way online? This isn't just about generating passive income; this is also about finding ways and means to create an active income through the conveniences afforded to us by the internet that will not only help us with our debt obligations but also empower us to save, invest and get really rich in the future.

It's not easy by any means. Anyone that tells you otherwise isn't being transparent with you. It takes an enormous amount of effort and authority-building before you can really start getting rich through your online income-producing activities.
Every decision that we make in life is weighed on a pain-versus-pleasure scale. We will always do more to avoid pain than we will to gain pleasure, plain and simple. However, this is also what holds us back from succeeding in any endeavor.

1.      Customize and crafting professional-looking RESUME and cover Letter:

This is most important to present before you the Buyer, Employer, and Hiring Manager. Please search online “how to build a killer resume” “Cover Letter” and manage the same. I am not an expert in this field, so referring to find out or manage through your expert friends, community, professional as you deem fit.

2.      Sound HOME Working Station:

The sound working station is a must. Noise and the destruction-free working station is a must. Your home having with small kids. Make a solitary separate space to provide uninterrupted service without sound pollution.

3.      Availability, working materials, and Tools:

You have to mention your availability 40+ weeks- or Part-time 20 Hours week to sell full-time skills virtually or relocate to further development of YOUR carrier. Virtual working and Support experiences do you have or not with a sound home space to render uninterrupted services having all working materials: PC, Laptop, Android Mob, Headset, Webcam, Time Tracker Apps, Dial-up and Broadband connection and willing to upgrade as needed…

Note: A PC is a must to be a freelancer. One of my bosom college and university friends, a retired banker asked me if it was possible with mobile? The answer was no… no … no!!! If you don’t have a PC you may try with a laptop as a second option only.

I started at ground zero with little knowledge, but a great deal of passion. What I learned along the way were some invaluable lessons from failure that hurt at the time, but helped immensely in the grand scheme of things. Since 2008 I am thriving to grow but never give up. Having full determination, courage, take a challenge, and consistently learning and finding ways and means to improve me. Doing internships, training, resume building activities to be job-ready.

4.      Add some credit to create an online portfolio:

You may try FACEBOOK Ads blueprint, Udmey or internship jobs through LinkedIn, Indeed for some legit and best online training certification courses…but I suggest Marketing jobs- Digital, Social Media, Facebook Ads, Email, SEO, Content marketing. These are and huge jobs market to finds jobs… and interesting and interacting that all are fun freedom and friendly with a handsome hourly rate from $30-100 as per your experiences… very starting from $20 an hour! Have a look at my a few pieces of training, certificates:
o   Digital Marketing credential, Badges:  https://www.credential.net/r8901q3g
o   Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Certificate:  https://pdf.credential.net/r8901q3g.pdf
·        Completed course How to drive traffic, generate leads and sales with TAGON here:
·        FaceBook Blueprint: Certificate of Completion
·        Business Manager

I am doing a job from last 19 Sep 2019 ending on 18 Oct 2019 (On the job training for 3 months, after successful completion may get the position of a Marketing Manager – hourly rate range- $60-75 with a Georgia, Atlanta, USA Company.)

5.      Find your niche: — Figure out what you're good at or what you want to be good at. You don't need to be an expert right now, but you do need to decide where you're going to fit in if you're at all serious about making serious cash in the long term. My Interest niches are VA (Virtual Assistant), PA (Personal Assistant), and Admin support back office, Social Media pages, Web site, and blog Admin; Marketing-Face book Ads, SMM, Digital Media Marketing. CM, EM SEO SEM B2C B2B Business Development- Strategies, Branding, Sales, and Startups support. You may choose your niches first and is a must to have better carrier build on. Don’t be a jack of all trades but master of none! Be concise and specific to show up your skills in particular areas.

You may add more- Customer Service. To make money from home in customer service, you'll need a high school degree or the equivalent for many jobs. ...Data Entry English Teacher or English Tutor Billing and Medical Coding Transcription Writing and Editing Web Design Logo Design etc.

6.      Think of Your hourly pricing:

Pricing your freelance services isn’t the easiest thing to do, especially if you’re new. But you know what? Your price could be the reason you can’t find freelance work.
Are you too cheap or too expensive?
If you are the cheapest available freelancer then you are selling yourself short. Very often a potential client may not want to work with someone who is charging too low as they equate this to low-quality work.

7.      Build a blog on a custom domain — your blog is your virtual home. Without it, you've no place to filter all that traffic and people interested in what you have to say. But don't build a blog on a subdomain; try a free blog at blogger.com or Wordpress.com. Have a look and visit my blogs here: https://baba08.blogspot.com https://babaodesh.wordpress.com

It will give a writing opportunity according to your niches, likes and interests to SHOWCASE you. Mind that sample is better than examples. It will be helpful to your buyer, employer, HR managers just simply copy-paste a link of your blog address or posts URLs to sight your samples at your fingertips. They may appraise your viability, English, thoughts, works, samples all in one at a glance. So, don’t have the right an assay every time ….this way you may save lots of time and effort too.

8.      Build your social media profiles:

These are also helping you out to showcase your works online. Open Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts, and please never forget to complete the profile 100% to have a professional-looking one. Don’t use your mother language other than English in posting, sharing, chatting….Engagement whatever. Have a look at my social media profiles here:

9.      Build your online Job board and forum profile:

10.   Always add value-adding: value over time creates authority, and authority breeds trust, which in turn helps to grow your audience and readership. Without a significant following, you'll find it hard to gain any traction online. It simply takes time.

11.    Don't sacrifice morals for a quick buck — at the outset, you'll want to do all sorts of things to make money online, but don't sacrifice your morals for a quick buck. Think about the long-term results of your activities. It will seem frustrating in the beginning. Then again, everything worthwhile is going to be difficult. It will take time. Stick it out and don't give up. In the meanwhile, here are some of the best and most legitimate ways you can make money online in the short and long term.

Now, making money online should seem like a pleasurable activity. Why wouldn't we do just about anything to see things through, since it would be a major source of pleasure, right? Wrong. In the beginning, like anything else, we might get really excited about it. We might also set our hopes very high. But that all comes crashing down when we begin to fail. Now you are QUCIK BOWN FOX ready to JUMP OVER THE LAZY DOG. Wishing you a wonderful journey grows…. Stay tuned and focused on it… never mind sharing thoughts…
