Soft skills are closely tied to the personal character traits with their DNA and qualities each of us has. They are part of who I am, generally encompassing attitudes, habits, and how I interact with others.

Soft skills are much less tangible than hard or technical skills, and they aren’t learned through education or training. I have developed them through experience and concerted effort—and it’s some of the most important self-development I can do as a leader.

PART- III

For more in-depth, I would like to present before you in different format about my skills for better info and perusal as under:

I am come here with the soft skills, and Hard Skills that I can manage to do a great job to bring the changes

Here are 10 soft skills 10 Hard skills that I’ve indeed:

1. Curiosity

I love it when we get an employee, a customer who wants to learn more.

There are so many aspects of digital marketing, so many little niche areas, and craving more knowledge about how it all fits together truly makes you better at whatever your role is.

2. Tenacity

I don’t give up easily, ranking a site (although least understands) and an update crushes me.

May pitch ideas that get rejected, I may be called in to help figure out why a site isn’t doing well.

Every day there’s something new, and that’s what keeps it all interesting- an ever learner to co-opt with the situations

3. Willingness to Listen & Learn

I have been wrong so many times it’s crazy. My employees know to argue their points with me if they think I’m wrong, and I’ve learned to really trust what they say.

I’ve had clients give me instructions that I don’t think will work out but I try them, and I’ve been surprised quite often. Thinking you know everything means you don’t have the opportunity to get better.

4. Adaptability

With my team, assignments can vary from month to month, depending upon the company client roster.

They might be working on a finance client for one month then they’ll need to switch up to a travel client. They may need to pitch in and help someone else out on a client they’ve never worked on.

First maybe started into technical SEO, content writing, and PPC all at the same time or else. I always a passion chance that I’ll need to do something else or extra so I might as well am prepared for it.

5. Ability to Multitask

There are always a ton of things going on at once in digital marketing A-Z

I always want and love to read the latest articles, see the latest relevant tweets, do my job, figure out how to do something in a different way that saves time, does reports, etc.

6. Empathy

Digital Marketing is absolutely a COLLABORATIVE TEAMWORK. Being able to see things from someone else’s point of view, and understands why someone thinks a certain way. Empathy is so much important to foster a friendly TEAM WORKING environment.

7. Getting Along with Others

I have worked with many difficult people who had trouble getting along with anyone.

Here’s the hard truth: no one wants to work with someone who’s impossible to be around.

In the digital marketing world, there’s someone who can replace you in your role. All it takes is a bit of training.

Client-facing or I can do a lot of collaboration with other teams, I am easy to get people to listen to me because I am peoples minded to listen FIRST to conflict resolutions to manage the works to get done.

8. Strong Work Ethic

Obviously, I need this in my career. I can go with frustrating and tedious work at times. Go far and beyond time schedule, weekend, or week day’s overtime to get the job done.

When marketing fails, it can be extremely difficult to start over. I will encounter lots of roadblocks in some form or another so it’s critical to keep trying and I am a serious CHALLENGER not give up.

9. Honesty

One of my pet peeves is when someone can’t admit to a mistake. I’ll always be found out.

People say completely crazy things. With so many people available to replace me, not being honest is ridiculous.

Digital Marketing is a multi-task works. In a TEAM or Digital World self-management is a must. Supervision is costly and masterminds egoistic emotional issues. SELF-STARTER Minimal or no supervision to be my own boss…

I think and believe that “Honesty is the best policy”

10. Being Able to Say ‘I Don’t Know’

I don’t know why this is so difficult, but it seems to be.

I admit that I don’t know anything. If I don’t know anything I want to dig in and figure it out. I don’t find it embarrassing to not know everything.

I’ve never thought less of anyone who admitted to not knowing something. With so much information thrown at us constantly, it’s impossible to keep up.

Hard Skills:

11. How to Search Well

People constantly ask questions that they could easily Google.

I am always able to dig for information and get better with search queries, using keywords, search suggestions, and refined search,  so I am not wading through tons of irrelevant information.

First asking clients or teammates I spend my own time Googling it and figuring it out, then emailing back or asking. I’d much rather do my own researches than ask someone else to do it for me. This is at my fingertips, easy and trustworthy!

12. Using Excel

I am an Accounting Major- able to perform basic functions in Excel, but depending upon my job always would be wise to learn how to efficiently deal with large sets of data.

From keyword data to backlinks, it’s difficult to get the info I want without using advanced functions.

13. Conducting Research & Gathering Data

Conducting Deep Dive research, Competitors info, Competitive products launch and promotion Branding research needs gathering tons of data and compiling mined data.

I can pull data from various sources at some point. I may have to audit a website using unique apps and suite

There are so many tools out there and so many sources for information. I can figure out where to look and how to get what I need.

Creating content I’ll also need to be able to find and verify the information.

14. Using Google Analytics

I can manage to get so much information from Google Analytics that it would be crazy not to try and master it.

If Google is giving me information about the company site I absolutely need to use it. From looking at traffic to tracking conversions, it’s a must-have tool, and it’s free- I love it!

15. Using other Major SEO Tool

Outside of Google Analytics, I know how to use more digital marketing tools that can give me a different dataset.

I use a few because each has its own strong points. It’s amazing to see how much information you can get from these tools and their reports.

·         Grammarly: Double Check Every Word Written, edit, correction, grammar, punctuations, etc... To have a better text and pitches, content creation

·         Hemingway Editor:  Double Check Every Word Written, edit, correction, grammar, punctuations, etc... Readability friendliness simple to complex sentences to have better text and pitches, content creation

·         SEMrush: online software to collect valuable information about online presence- I won how to use it.

·         Canva: Know how on this Editorial Team’s Best Friend in designing, infographics

·         MailChimp: I CAN Power Up Your Email Campaigns to add the X factor

Constant Contact used to be the go-to service for newsletters until MailChimp came along. MailChimp makes crafting newsletters fun — I love it. It’s a fantastic email marketing tool that lets you create, send, and track HTML email campaigns with an easy-to-use drag-and-drop user interface.

From an SEO perspective, we love that it has powerful reporting features and comes with integrations that give its functionality that extra bit of oomph:

·         Hoot Suite: I am a user and won Social Media Posting automation apps to adds X factor 24/7

16. Analyzing the Effectiveness of Your Efforts

Some people measure progress by increased traffic. Some like conversions.

Whatever my KPIs are, I always need to know how to track them reliably.
I can bring improvements in ROI KPIs by adding FOUR C's and 3 ingredients of Digital Marketing performance to drive REVENUE…the ultimate goal of the company indeed.

17. Communication

I can communicate better through writing pitch, report, content, speaking over phone, interaction in Chat, one-on-one interview, public speaking, and with team communications.

My TEAM maybe offline or are remote workers and none of my clients are anywhere near me or distant.

18. Figuring out What’s Going on & What’s Gone Wrong

If traffic suddenly drops or the bounce rate drastically increases, it’s important that you know how to start tracking down potential causes.

Not everything is cause for alarm or gauge. There may be logical explanations for what you’re seeing.

I simply need to know where to look and how to grab enough information that it’s easy to get an idea of what’s happening and then start to fix it.

Google Analytics: Know Your Audience

Bounce Rate: Bounce rate  In the winter Siberian birds landed in my land and cross fly again to eastern home spares of my territory leave again without completing an action.

Conversion Rate: This is very straightforward.

Channels: I can measure where are your visitors coming from? Is it organic search traffic? Referral? Paid? This helps businesses gauge their marketing efforts.

19. Using a Crawler

Several great crawling tools are available.  I am a user of MOZ pro Crawl and audit sites tools and Googlebot is the generic name for Google's web crawler

I just being able to get information about redirects or duplicate content can be incredibly helpful.

20. Coding or Understanding Code

Though more advanced programming skills are certainly helpful, I know basic HTML.

Final Thoughts on:

Marketing is a science and art, A marketer should have to know the Balance of Art and Science in Marketing

1.    Modern marketing is made of tactics and strategies that are completely foreign to the marketers of the past. Change is inevitable for a business practice that’s intrinsically linked to technology and innovation. But as data becomes more ingrained in your marketing strategy, it’s important to remember that marketing is an art as well as a science.

2.    The perfect marketing strategy balances creativity and analysis, intuition and data, emotions, and logic. This blend of artistic and scientific attributes is, and will always be, the formula for long-term marketing success.

3.    Moreover- I always believe in Abraham Maslow’s modern management psychology, is best known for motivational theory or needs or want theory. Maslow suggested that five basic needs (physiological, safety, love, esteem, and self-actualization) are motivating factors in an employee's work values, because the employee is motivated to ensure the most important of these individual needs are met.

4.    On the contrary: Foster fun, freedom, and friendly environment grow up where efficiency, integrity, sincerity and honesty evaluate and judge to promote, incremental approach, strategic standardized work ethics supported by bonuses, incentives, paid vacation, events, and training. More importantly Scope of works, Job Satisfaction, Safety, and Lifelong job Security- to breed the culture of Loyalty great ingredient to these ends.

Best Marketer Needs Best Scope/Ground TEAM and working environment to work and grows
