Among these resources, HubSpot Academy certifications stand out specifically because they cover far more than your average material.

Bad News? Choosing out of the sea The World Wide Web is an issue!

Searching and landing a legit academy, provider, and acceptance of the certificate are a big concern- FAQs.

I am a fad up of scam and non-legit company Internships. They are hunting the emotion of poor seekers.

I have been gone through so many bad ideas. So no more room to experiment on it. Communicating, arguing, writing reviews online I have spoiled plenty of precious times fighting with all such corrupt companies.

At large comes to the conclusion does not go for any more Internships.  After realization, so many avenues and windows opened- Google, Facebook, Udmey, HubSpot.

As a Marketer- I am using HubSpot almost about 2 years. Very recently I have applied for a position with an IT company in Dhaka.

They are asking about a dedicated SEO certificate.  I said- YES!

I have completed the SEO foundation, deep-dive research; etc during my internship with a USA based Marketing Company. Gotten know-how, practice, familiar with Moz: SEO Tool Ahrefs: SEO Tool SEMrush: SEO Tool Buzzsumo: Keyword Research Tool Hemmingway Editor PLUS more…

But I don’t have SEO certification in particular. Rushed to complete an Udemy Certificate of completion- SEO in 2020- See What’s Working Today:

The advertiser/Employer reaches over mobile to query about the SEO certificate. Honestly, I informed him of the history. He says OK.

HubSpot provides certifications in a variety of areas, including Content Marketing, Inbound Sales, Sales Enablement, Email Marketing, and Growth-Driven Design. The organization also offers training on using their respective automated sales and marketing platforms.

I just completed two non-certificate coursed on SEO and Content Strategy.

Completed only One Content Marketing Certification COURSE!

If you have been considering taking a Hubspot Certification program, this article is for you. Here I will break down the primary benefits and practicalities of getting certified.

In addition to its blog, guides and ebooks, templates, and tools, HubSpot provides... HubSpot Academy…

Are HubSpot Certifications Worth It?

YOU might say LEARNING experience about the course only. How creditable in the market will take some time…still, I am in a premature stage of using it…but I hope it might bring some positive results in this Endeavor…which I update on due course of time…

This is not a professional or paid review- unanimous, benevolent, generous review only.

YOU might say Student satisfaction- a HAPPY profound review only.

Arise any question- why?

Simple- the Course was FREE. They don’t charge any money.

Now- this is my moral obligation on the basis of physiology “HELP ME HELP YOU”.

Now my turn to pay in return- appraisal on to encourage them to continue to grow. Moreover- Sharing thoughts may encourage others to find such a resourceful course that they come up with…profile and carrier building…

Today the 11th May 2020- I have read a post on medium.com here:

Kylie Jenner became the world’s youngest self-made billionaire last year. She did it with no more than a Shopify store, a seven-person team, and super solid content marketing. She grew her cosmetics brand into a $900M business in three years without any paid traffic.

An easy-to-replicate content marketing strategy overview. If done right, anyone can use this content marketing strategy to double their business (or more) with juicy organic traffic.

She’s only 22 and she’s absolutely crushing it. She knows more about running a successful marketing campaign than most people do.

I have shared this on FaceBook, and Hubspot group too to encourage the content marketer.

Long live HubSpot CRM tools and HubSpot Academy serving GLOBAL needs.

Best wishes… Long live HubSpot!!

Unpaid Internships: Everything I Need to Know all about

It's one of the most common and frustrating career dilemmas. INTERNSHIP can be either skeptical or totally frustrating.

The false economy of unpaid internships helps scammers to trap us.  Should you take an unpaid internship? My internship experience… says NO! Unpaid internships cannot continue to exist. It's really immoral. @babaohome #BabaHome #WorkLife

THIS IS KEY: For simplicity- I don’t like to go for differentiating between apprentices and interns. Let me explain a bit about the internship.

The Value of Internships:

Internships provide an opportunity to expose yourself to a career that matches your academic and personal interests. Additionally, skills gained from practical experience will make you more valuable as an employee. Internships can be of great value when it comes to gaining experience and getting hired. This resume building and carrier development opportunity help job readiness before beginning a profession.
Since most companies seek candidates with previous relevant experience in the field, internships are crucial for college seniors who are seeking their first real-time job after graduation, Moms, Retired or those who would like to choose a virtual FREELANCE work-life home to earn their living from the comfort of their pajamas without commuting.
It doesn’t matter if the internship is paid or if you are receiving a credit to complete the internship experience, the only thing an employer focuses on is what type of knowledge and skills you gained when interning for the company.
Students can be either skeptical or totally trusting when it comes to finding an internship. However, if an internship sounds too good to be true!

Avoid Questionable Internships

Internships that are questionable are usually ones you will want to avoid. Bad neighborhoods or internships in a person’s home are never a good idea. If an employer doesn’t ask you to complete an application or ask for a resume, it’s also not a good idea.

The unpaid internship is a source of constant debate in the professional world. On one hand, these positions can allow professionals to gain experience in industries where a paid gig just isn’t feasible. On the other hand, they can be easily exploited by greedy companies looking for free labor.

The usefulness of an internship has more to do with your goals and the nature of the position than whether or not it’s paid. No internship is created equally. An unpaid position could easily yield countless benefits where a paid one just nets you a paycheck. The trick is figuring out which you’ve signed up for before it’s too late.
As you’re sifting through the thousands of postings online, the stress and pressure piling up, you find an offer promising “immediate work!” and “Great money!”

Scammers create and maintain fraudulent postings on many reputable job boards, for monetary gain, including Handshake and even networking sites like LinkedIn. While the ICC vets every position that is posted to Handshake, sometimes fraudulent postings make it through.

Unpaid Internships: Bad for Students, Bad for Workers, Bad for Society

The economics of unpaid internships are obvious. Employers are desperate for cheap work, and “free” is pretty cheap. Workers are desperate for, well, anything, and students and recent grads are willing to negotiate their wages down to zero. But the ethics aren't so clear-cut. If unpaid internships are the key to better jobs and bigger
How do you ascertain internship to job Legit or Scam?

The Internet is an amazing resource especially when it comes to finding internships and jobs. There are so many opportunities available that all you have to do is identify programs or look for internships in a particular field or industry. With so many results—and the anonymity of the internet—sometimes it may be hard to determine if an advertised internship is actually real or a scam looking to steal your information.

Do Your Research

There are scams all over the Internet. Due diligence is required whenever making major decisions based on what it says on the Internet. Researching a company is one thing you can do to make sure a company is legitimate. Talk to the counsels and instructors in the program you are completing. They may have a list of tried and true companies that the school already has an internship relationship with.

Doing research on Google is another way to learn more about a company. Entering the name of a company plus scam is a way to see if there have been any reports about this company being illegitimate.

Conclusion and Remarks

I’ve worked unpaid internships. My experiences have been largely NEGATIVE with HUGE drawbacks. Here’s what I learned through each, and what you need to look out for. I have been thriving for online resume building and carrier development and go for so many FREE online training, Internships, and apprenticeships.
Out of Just sharing two samples out of many- 1 apprenticeship another internship of 300 hrs 3 months period! Internship tern permanent placement became a DREAM may become to be TRUE!!

You may go for FREE online e-learning through Google, Facebook, Udemy.com all are thousands of times better and hassle-free too. With fortune, 500 companies or corporate companies apprentices may be helpful. They care about their standard, CSR, and Reputation….  I guess!!

I always share the examples out of my practical experiences to HELP others who are looking for or thriving to build up an online carrier especially from Bangladesh or countries alike...

GenM.co Review- a Non-Legit, Scam, Fraud Unprofessionally Managed Company

Around the globe, students are surfing the net to find out an internship to learn and get job-ready by building an online profile and Resume to develop their carrier to earn a living

In most cases, we are familiar with Social Media and Digital Media Marketing. Moreover, Digital Media and Social Media have a huge Market and growth potential with huge situation vacancies too. GenM co is one of such platforms by reading the nerves & trends of the age using the issue quite nicely...

For more reviews and FRAUD references here:

Have a look at the calculations below to guess the actual MASTERMINDING game to use internship students' valued time investment as about to FREE!!

How Much does GenM Cost?
#1
"GenM costs $149 for a three month apprentice and this is for 10 hours a week for three months = 120 work hours. You also need to be willing to invest some time for the development of the young person. But considering it’s working out at less than $2 an hour, this is something that I am more than happy to do."
#2
"GenM works with a credit system. One credit costs $147 and allows you to hire an apprentice that will work for your business for 3 months. The price per month, therefore, is $49.
Each week, the apprentice can work for 5-10 hours, and in some cases (if they are really enthusiastic), they will work even longer. Each month, they will work an average of 30 hours, so you would be getting marketing work done for $1.66/hour."

Look at the profitable calculations!! No similarities, all are profits mongers?!
Thoughtful of own benefit- are students salves? Why don't you TEACH them in lieu of?
Out of 30K Business owner, 20K doesn’t know about what are Tech apps and Digital Marketing? And out of 60K students don’t have the know-how too. Training is very simple and easy. So, they don’t dig down anything thing.  Only Apprenticeships are matter if the business and mentor are the right ones. Otherwise completely a Scam of exploiting Students as a slave!! And a game plan between business and GenM.co. Reasons why students are disappearing and business owners’ calculation hourly cost $ 2 to $1.66 per hour…..ridiculous!! They don’t have any social responsibility? Is there any authority in the USA to look at?

Let me pointed and quotes some points as under:

"GenM is a platform designed to match apprentices who want to learn and progress in Digital Marketing with business owners and mentors who want help in their business and are willing to coach them. As everything is done remotely, you don’t have to meet face to face with your apprentice. A Skype or video conference once a week plus management of workload over a platform such as Asana will be enough to manage and train them."
Point 01- "Digital Marketing with business owners and mentors who want help in their business and are willing to coach them"- If mentors don't have knowledge of DM, how do they teach the student?
"GenM costs $149 for a three-month apprentice and this is for 10 hours a week for three months = 120 work hours. You also need to be willing to invest some time in the development of the young person. But considering it’s working out at less than $2 an hour, this is something that I am more than happy to do."
Points #2- "But considering it’s working out at less than $2 an hour, this is something that I am more than happy to do."-  Considering almost FREE less than $2 an hour is the matter. So that you are happy!?

"Apprentices MIA (Missing in Action!)
I’ve spoken to a few business owners in the online community and one of them who have had an apprentice completely disappear on them. Signed the contract to start, and then…nothing…..for weeks! The great thing is that GenM staff are on hand through the chat facility, and when this happens, they will refund your fee so that you can go ahead and find another apprentice."
Points #3- GenM is a professionally managed company. How students disappear after signing a contract?  I think something is not right between GenM, Business owners, and Students. Isn't it?
My response:
Students striving to build a resume and carrier must have the right to know what is GenM? Otherwise, growth was hacked by such a scam platform... not a legit site but a scam!

"Get job-ready With free courses and digital marketing apprenticeships." For students who are striving for RESUME Building and carrier development in Digital Marketing.

My Reviews on GenM

Pros:

  1. Easy, fast, and convenient. Best topics, Tutorial text, Videos, expertise.
  2. Anyone can easily sign up to start as a freelancer through GenM
  3. Job-ready through doing micro-works apprenticeship is the best feature ever.
  4. Chat with 10-20 plus contacts at a time

Cons:

  • The basis is “HELP ME HELP YOU” the mentors teach the students and in lieu of the student's works for free for resume building and carrier development. They are not slaved to provide free services without LEANING anything from mentors. But the company has no eyes on… this is also an unprofessional one…reasons why enlisted business tries to take advantage of...
  • Support TEAM members are not professional and well versed.
  • Once my account suspended without giving me any reasons why?
  • I guess- most the business owners don’t have tech-savvy know-how. They are using the plat to get the advantage out of free apprenticeships!
  • Students can’t ask for money. But the mentors ask for apprenticeship works that are not covered by the 5-10 hours of free works. Students don’t have any choice to enter into an agreement by mutually agreed upon…
  • If the student has the right to choose the minimum 5 hours weekly and for the 3 months free  5 hours x 12 weeks = 60 hours. But for the rest time, they have the right to ask compensation for additional hours. Mentors may have the option to flag students (maybe), which is alike giving a gun to the unprofessional for abuse.
  • I have lost more than 6 months corresponding support issues to recoverable my account to a business one.
  • Again recently- my account auto flagged!? Reasons mentioned in cons #5.
  • I have contacted several times with SEO and Co-founder… but they didn’t respond on time. But the usual online norms are not more than 24 hours to respond…! So I think they are also unprofessional too.

Have to be cautious of some businesses trying to take advantage of you by not signing the contract/ leaving you on reading. Not GenM's fault, more of the other unprofessional business owners.
