A person who is learning a subject or skill is a learner. Here we are learning subjects freelance, homework a new skill or Tech of the 21^st Century. We are beginner, trainee, apprentice, student, mentee, novice, newcomer, starter, probationer, fresher- isn’t it?

Learning is the key to success. In the freelance marketplace, "a fast learner" always is the matter and very choice of buyers. Buyers May ask you questions about job proposals. Are you hungry for learning?  Are you willing to learn new tech? Are you a quick learner? A seasoned professional is a matter other than College Degree. 

a person who is learning to drive a motor vehicle and has not yet passed a driving test. He is not a driver….. a leaner…as we are……..

After learning MS WORD, freelancers must have to go for an online skills test.  There are hundreds of Skills TESTS under the freelance marketplace platform.  Buyers always prefer seasoned professionals to a college degree; practical know-how and a technically sound background. Buyers easily know about the skills through freelance profiles.  Your College degree requires authentication and endorsement from the competent authority offline and may be a matter of fraud and fake copy! So- you have to go for desired skills TESTS to pass to build a profile. 100% profile gets more buyer's attention than an incomplete one.
