The Importance of Mindset- the skill you need - because Mindset is the key to success in freelance. You must have to set a plan to work START and consistently strive until reaching the goal- managing a job.
You can do
anything you set your mind to. It is alike set up of Alarm to wake up in the
early morning to pray, walking, and trip whatever…
Everything that
can be converted from an atom to a bit, will be…
“Willpower is the key to success. Successful
people strive no matter what they feel by applying their will to overcome
apathy, doubt or fear.” Dan Millman
The power of being willing to be consistent in life: Will power tune-up your MINDSET passion and positivity at large.
The difference between hard work and smart work is
based on how I approach my task. Hard work would mean spending
long hours to complete my work without any shortcuts.
...
Smart work would be aiming for the same results but with planning and prioritization of tasks. People often say and we are used to “wow you must work so hard to stay fit and keep your life balanced!” My answer is always the same; “actually I don’t really work hard but I AM consistent.” There is a VERY big difference between working hard and being consistent.
When we work hard at
anything, there will always come a time soon afterward when we crash. Either
we have reached our established goal, or we have finished the intended project
and now it’s time to relax. After all, working hard for extended periods of
time is exhausting! Nobody can keep up strenuous efforts forever.
When we work consistently, however, it means that we put in
regular, steady efforts over a long period of time. When it comes to our
health, wellness, emotions, and overall lifestyle, consistency wins over hard
work every time!
This is a great example of why diets don’t work. People go in
with a specific goal; i.e. to lose 15 pounds. Once the weight is lost, the
dieter eventually goes back to their old ways and the weight comes back
quickly. This is because following a strict eating regimen is hard work and
counting our calories or writing in a food journal is unnatural.
Slow And Steady Wins The Race - Proverb
Slow and
Steady walked and walked. He never, ever stopped until he came to the finish
line.
The Hare Mindset
These days, most people try to live like the
Hare. Not necessarily in the way that they’re bragging and boasting and
challenging random turtles to sprint races (although some crazy nuts might),
but rather that they want things to go FAST.
The Tortoise Mindset
But what if you decided right now to drop the quick-fix mentality of the Hare and instead adopt the mindset of the Tortoise?
I believe it works something like this:
When you’re consistent, that creates momentum. That momentum
creates progress. Progress creates self-confidence. The self-confidence
starts shaping a new, more resourceful, and empowering identity. And with this
new identity comes the ability to create lasting change in your life.
So, here’s what I suggest. Take your goals and chop them up into
small daily minimum quotas. Then, start obsessing about executing on them every
single day.
Power of Consistency:
Are you stopping short of the finish line?
Consistency is the difference between failure and success. Here's why.
Consistency is a great characteristic to build and implement
in your life. The key to consistency is setting and achieving specific goals.
Start by determining how you want to be more consistent in your life, and aim
for these small goals. Over time, as you become more consistent, keep yourself
motivated and accountable. This may require some change in thinking so that you
stay optimistic and productive throughout the process.
The most important step is to try something. Try
means with consistency.
WHEN YOU STOP VIEWING
SUCCESS AS AN OPTION AND START LOOKING AT IT AS A DUTY, YOU’RE ON THE right PATH.
But don’t be lazy… slow and steady doesn’t mean at all-
LAZY! Not a FAST CRAZY TOO!! These all about passion for a positive mindset ...to reach the GOAL- FINISH... keep it up in your job tenour and this is the key to success... throughout YOUR carrier path. Best wishes ...wishing you a wonderful GROWTH journey...
