After AWARD if the particular freelance service provider does not comply with duties and liabilities he or she hired for- might cause HIRE & FIRE!! So they are not free of work or duties and liabilities.

What is work from HOME ?

21 century HOME is quite different from traditional home for a living- leisure, foods, sex, supports. With the advancement of communication tech- internet; world a global village. Now we can purchase, works online from the comfort of our home without commuting. 

The act work or practice of working at home using a computer terminal electronically linked to one's place of employment. Telecommuting or in real word internet connectivity; employment at home while communicating with the workplace by phone or fax or modem.

A work from home or work at home arrangement involves working from home location and differs from teleworking/telecommuting arrangement in that it does not require that the employee stay electronically connected to the work location during business or office hours as per scheduled or as needed when needed. Work performed is generally done independently so does not require team interaction or consistent communication. It also is more likely that the employee can live far from the actual location of the business for which he or she is working because face-to-face contact at a location may not be necessary.  

Keep in mind that employers are choosy about home arrangement or may say environment- noise-free, kids free environment to work along with working computer, Camera, Headset, internet connection, printer etc and home space for files. Commercialization of occasional family and social festivity

Once upon a time families and society were so socialized. In our youth age say for example till the year 2000 there were no beauty pour-lour easily available other than the posh area of metropolitan cities. Brides and bridegrooms have no access to beauty pour-lour like today. At that times friends, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law have been delightedly, voluntarily takes part in dress-up to make up in such occasions. That was a social custom Fun and festivity .....


Now - commercialized and you do not even see the real face of the Bridegroom that is masked under makeup...
with a duty, she became an artificial beauty queen...... :-)

Typing, proofreading, Bookkeeping Accounting, sales and article writing, editing, admin support assistant, website visiting, clicking, sign-ups, CPC a like HUGE simple, and easy jobs can be done other than specialized professional sectors. Bangladesh is next to China and India. This is high time to take action right now!
Our total yearly manpower export earnings come close to $ 10 bn. If we can make a plan to trained and outsourced 2.5 million graduates out of a billion. Daily average 5 hrs with a minimum of $3 X6 = a week 30x 3= $ 90X 4= a month app $ 400 per head X 2.5 millions = $ 10 billions per month X 12 = $ 120 billions per year. This is not a super infelicitous and the gospel of mammon.

This is very high time to come forward with the right action plan to grip and grab the market. We have so many IT outsourcing firms and experts happy with a negligible market share only. We have to boost up our capabilities and market share right now. Media civil society Universities and colleges authority govt. and the nation as a whole should come forward. Right NOW! A bold step toward new generation 2021 vision per capita $ 2000 Bangladesh a success.

Problems analysis on Bangladeshi Education system


The Bangladeshi education system is not producing Adaptable Creative Workforce. Graduates are not able to apply education in the real working field due to a lack of skills and practical knowledge. Producing poor competency to co-opt the real-life of career/challenges. Passing out but real input to the practical world of the profession is negligible. Little has been done to stimulate an appetite for learning to equip for the challenges ahead

Problems
  1. Poor job opportunity
  2. Engaged in odd and inappropriate jobs
  3. Commitment/competency level is low in context of needs and demand in the job market
  4. No ‘know-how’ techniques to cope with the new situation at the job place
  5. Low capacity to select the app job

  7. Organizations often face high-cost involvement with its employees
