Problems analysis on Bangladeshi Education system


The Bangladeshi education system is not producing Adaptable Creative Workforce. Graduates are not able to apply education in the real working field due to a lack of skills and practical knowledge. Producing poor competency to co-opt the real-life of career/challenges. Passing out but real input to the practical world of the profession is negligible. Little has been done to stimulate an appetite for learning to equip for the challenges ahead

Problems
  1. Poor job opportunity
  2. Engaged in odd and inappropriate jobs
  3. Commitment/competency level is low in context of needs and demand in the job market
  4. No ‘know-how’ techniques to cope with the new situation at the job place
  5. Low capacity to select the app job
  6. Low opportunities to build professional ability before a job placement
  7. Organizations often face high-cost involvement with its employees

    • The high competitive job market
    • Prevailing of high unemployment trends
    • Lacking job placement opportunities
    • Lacking pre-knowledge and skill
    • Lacking expertise in respective field of work
    •  Lacking on-hand job orientation
    • Lacking determination to build a career
    • Lacking institutional expertise support
    • Low level of performance and job competency
