The Bangladeshi education system is not producing
Adaptable Creative Workforce. Graduates are not able to apply education in the
real working field due to a lack of skills and practical knowledge. Producing poor
competency to co-opt the real-life of career/challenges. Passing out but real
input to the practical world of the profession is negligible. Little has been done
to stimulate an appetite for learning to equip for the challenges ahead

- No ‘know-how’ techniques to cope with the new situation at the job place

- Lacking pre-knowledge and skill
- Lacking expertise in respective field of work
- Lacking on-hand job orientation
- Lacking determination to build a career
- Lacking institutional expertise support
- Low level of performance and job competency
