Why work environment is more important than ever before?

Importance of good working conditions & environment.

Why is the Fun Freedom and friendly environment important in the workplace?

What is ‘workplace fun’?
The invaluable impact of ‘fun’ in the workplace is the eminent issue that also the headache of how to maintain it. What springs to mind when you hear the phrase, ‘the Google way of work’? Freedom, flexibility, office table tennis matches? Or, perhaps more simply, fun? It might seem odd to associate such a casual term with a workplace environment, but have you ever wondered how companies like Google have managed to so brilliantly transform a once informal term into an unbelievably popular workplace trend?
‘Fun’ is more than just an open-plan workplace, or decking out the office kitchen in toilet paper comes Halloween – there’s a lot more to ‘fun’ than entertainment. Various studies on the subject have defined ‘workplace fun’ as not only entertainment activities such as interdepartmental competitions or evening drinks, but also social interactions among co-workers – a source of laughter, witticisms, and informal communication that helps to further shape the culture of ‘fun’ within the organization.

The invaluable impact of ‘fun’ in the workplace

Where there is no Fun Freedom Friendly environment exists - a like a desert! Fun Freedom Friendly environment gives us space to share thoughts, contribute, speak, creatively to contribute our own ideas, spirit, powers to society, Group, Works. This creates and gives us a democratic field to grow.
Fun Friends Freedom- 3F the fuel and windows of life and living. Natural and Universal way of broad and grow up.  It doesn’t mean there is no rule of law. The survival of the fittest is the law of nature. Where there is no fuel and windows it became Jail, Desert or Masterminds dictators ruled one! You see all HUGE Fishes and TREES are growing in the seas and Jungle because of abundance and freeness. Isn’t, Right?
A TRUEE democratic Society State Co-Working space became a welfare community for all. In a non-democratic or autocratic authoritarian environment, HUGE trees became bonsai and personal properties in the living room, the owners’ showpiece only!!
In an autocratic environment, there are no ethics and rule of law promotion and grow. Nepotism, Shortcut, Persuasion, Flattering and oiling other than quality, personality, honesty, integrity takes place.
So, I think you have got my Fun Freedom Friendly approach to living & Working. Now more on ...

Freedom comes with responsibilities. More freedom, more responsibility. Where there is no freedom there is no responsibility at all. In a freelance work from home, there are no bosses, no office!! You are your own BOSS! So nothing to escape or undone! Collaboration and automation software keeps eye on you. So...more freedom means more responsibility...

Friendly Work Environment Is the Prime issue of the time.

Productivity and Profitability are above all and every company going to DEEP DOWN research on how to increase these two factors. The effects of a poor work environment bring negative impacts. So companies put more BRAIN on it to overcome… employees more often Swiss over to friendly workplaces. One-third of American workforces change the workplace every year! Recruiting a new workforce to replace, time-consuming and an expensive factor. . . The average recruitment cost comes close to $4500 to pay …..
  • Happiness has a multiplying effect
  • Happy employees have the right attitude
  • Reducing stress increases productivity
  • A positive work environment encourages risk-taking
  • Happiness inspires creativity

People like to work with happy people and to be happy with a happy TEAM ...

Words to describe a positive company culture

Some of the words most commonly used to describe a company culture in an attractive way:

Family-Oriented – employees are offered benefits and flexibility that make it easy to find balance.

Rewarding – those who exceed expectations are recognized, even in non-monetary ways

Relaxed – workers are given some freedom to decide how they do their best work and then do it that way

Challenging – team members are pushed to explore and work at the top of their skill sets; employees who are up for a challenge have access to more challenging work at any time

Collaborative – employees work well with one another, within and between departments

Nurturing – the organization supports employee growth and development; gives employees clear feedback and suggestions before moving to termination

Motivating – employees feel motivated to achieve because of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards

Engaging – employees feel invested in their work and their organization and do their best work every day

Innovative – the company is always seeking new ways to stay a step ahead of the industry and is open to feedback and ideas

Fun – the organization creates opportunities for fun in daily work

Casual – the dress code, the environment or the communication style is casual; formality isn’t required

Fast-paced – employees have no trouble staying busing and thriving in their work environments and their workday goes by quickly

Autonomous – employees have both the freedom and accountability to change their work and their results

Inclusive – diversity is welcomed and appreciated

Friendly – staff engage in positive interactions with one another throughout the day

Tech, innovative and specialized roles come with high levels of autonomy, and different organizational contexts such as startup environments require people that are highly adaptive and take initiatives as they go.

GenM.co Review- a Non-Legit, Scam, Fraud Unprofessionally Managed Company

Around the globe, students are surfing the net to find out an internship to learn and get job-ready by building an online profile and Resume to develop their carrier to earn a living

In most cases, we are familiar with Social Media and Digital Media Marketing. Moreover, Digital Media and Social Media have a huge Market and growth potential with huge situation vacancies too. GenM co is one of such platforms by reading the nerves & trends of the age using the issue quite nicely...

For more reviews and FRAUD references here:

Have a look at the calculations below to guess the actual MASTERMINDING game to use internship students' valued time investment as about to FREE!!

How Much does GenM Cost?
#1
"GenM costs $149 for a three month apprentice and this is for 10 hours a week for three months = 120 work hours. You also need to be willing to invest some time for the development of the young person. But considering it’s working out at less than $2 an hour, this is something that I am more than happy to do."
#2
"GenM works with a credit system. One credit costs $147 and allows you to hire an apprentice that will work for your business for 3 months. The price per month, therefore, is $49.
Each week, the apprentice can work for 5-10 hours, and in some cases (if they are really enthusiastic), they will work even longer. Each month, they will work an average of 30 hours, so you would be getting marketing work done for $1.66/hour."

Look at the profitable calculations!! No similarities, all are profits mongers?!
Thoughtful of own benefit- are students salves? Why don't you TEACH them in lieu of?
Out of 30K Business owner, 20K doesn’t know about what are Tech apps and Digital Marketing? And out of 60K students don’t have the know-how too. Training is very simple and easy. So, they don’t dig down anything thing.  Only Apprenticeships are matter if the business and mentor are the right ones. Otherwise completely a Scam of exploiting Students as a slave!! And a game plan between business and GenM.co. Reasons why students are disappearing and business owners’ calculation hourly cost $ 2 to $1.66 per hour…..ridiculous!! They don’t have any social responsibility? Is there any authority in the USA to look at?

Let me pointed and quotes some points as under:

"GenM is a platform designed to match apprentices who want to learn and progress in Digital Marketing with business owners and mentors who want help in their business and are willing to coach them. As everything is done remotely, you don’t have to meet face to face with your apprentice. A Skype or video conference once a week plus management of workload over a platform such as Asana will be enough to manage and train them."
Point 01- "Digital Marketing with business owners and mentors who want help in their business and are willing to coach them"- If mentors don't have knowledge of DM, how do they teach the student?
"GenM costs $149 for a three-month apprentice and this is for 10 hours a week for three months = 120 work hours. You also need to be willing to invest some time in the development of the young person. But considering it’s working out at less than $2 an hour, this is something that I am more than happy to do."
Points #2- "But considering it’s working out at less than $2 an hour, this is something that I am more than happy to do."-  Considering almost FREE less than $2 an hour is the matter. So that you are happy!?

"Apprentices MIA (Missing in Action!)
I’ve spoken to a few business owners in the online community and one of them who have had an apprentice completely disappear on them. Signed the contract to start, and then…nothing…..for weeks! The great thing is that GenM staff are on hand through the chat facility, and when this happens, they will refund your fee so that you can go ahead and find another apprentice."
Points #3- GenM is a professionally managed company. How students disappear after signing a contract?  I think something is not right between GenM, Business owners, and Students. Isn't it?
My response:
Students striving to build a resume and carrier must have the right to know what is GenM? Otherwise, growth was hacked by such a scam platform... not a legit site but a scam!

"Get job-ready With free courses and digital marketing apprenticeships." For students who are striving for RESUME Building and carrier development in Digital Marketing.

My Reviews on GenM

Pros:

  1. Easy, fast, and convenient. Best topics, Tutorial text, Videos, expertise.
  2. Anyone can easily sign up to start as a freelancer through GenM
  3. Job-ready through doing micro-works apprenticeship is the best feature ever.
  4. Chat with 10-20 plus contacts at a time

Cons:

  • The basis is “HELP ME HELP YOU” the mentors teach the students and in lieu of the student's works for free for resume building and carrier development. They are not slaved to provide free services without LEANING anything from mentors. But the company has no eyes on… this is also an unprofessional one…reasons why enlisted business tries to take advantage of...
  • Support TEAM members are not professional and well versed.
  • Once my account suspended without giving me any reasons why?
  • I guess- most the business owners don’t have tech-savvy know-how. They are using the plat to get the advantage out of free apprenticeships!
  • Students can’t ask for money. But the mentors ask for apprenticeship works that are not covered by the 5-10 hours of free works. Students don’t have any choice to enter into an agreement by mutually agreed upon…
  • If the student has the right to choose the minimum 5 hours weekly and for the 3 months free  5 hours x 12 weeks = 60 hours. But for the rest time, they have the right to ask compensation for additional hours. Mentors may have the option to flag students (maybe), which is alike giving a gun to the unprofessional for abuse.
  • I have lost more than 6 months corresponding support issues to recoverable my account to a business one.
  • Again recently- my account auto flagged!? Reasons mentioned in cons #5.
  • I have contacted several times with SEO and Co-founder… but they didn’t respond on time. But the usual online norms are not more than 24 hours to respond…! So I think they are also unprofessional too.

Have to be cautious of some businesses trying to take advantage of you by not signing the contract/ leaving you on reading. Not GenM's fault, more of the other unprofessional business owners.

Thanks to a genius invention called the internet, Americans are discovering more and more creative ways to cushion their bank accounts from the comforts of home.
Not sure where to start? Pour yourself a cup of coffee and keep reading. I am giving an overview throughout for your better information...

gig economy is a free market system in which temporary positions are common and organizations contract with independent workers for short-term engagements. ... The current reality is that people tend to change jobs several times throughout their working lives and the gig economy can be seen as an evolution of that trend. A gig economy is a free market system in which temporary positions are common and organizations contract with independent workers for short-term engagements. The term "gig" is a slang word meaning "a job for a specified period of time" and is typically used in referring to musicians. Examples of gig employees in the workforce could include freelancers, independent contractors, project-based workers, and temporary or part-time hires. The trend toward a gig economy has begun as a study by Intuit predicted that by 2020, 40 percent of American workers would be independent contractors. There are a number of forces behind the rise in short-term jobs. For one thing, in the digital age, the workforce is increasingly mobile and work can increasingly be done from anywhere, so that job and location are decoupled. That means that freelancers can select among temporary jobs and projects around the world, while employers can select the best individuals for specific projects from a larger pool than that available in any given area.

In a gig economy, businesses save resources in terms of benefits, office space and training. They also have the ability to contract with experts for specific projects who might be too high-priced to maintain on staff. From the perspective of the freelancer, a gig economy can improve work-life balance over what is possible in most jobs. Ideally, the model is powered by independent workers selecting jobs that they're interested in, rather than one in which people are forced into a position where unable to attain employment, they pick up whatever temporary gigs they can land.

The gig economy is part of a shifting cultural and business environment that also includes the sharing economy, the gift economy and the barter economy.

In other cases, you can work as a home-based agent where you are an employee of the company who works from a home office, providing customer service to the client companies. Virtual assistants provide administratively, secretarial, and clerical support, as well as creative and/or technical services for clients…

Looking for a work-at-home job?

Here's everything you need to know about working at home, including where to find work-at-home job listings, the best sites for finding working-at-home jobs, and how to avoid work from home scams. Are there really work-at-home jobs? Yes, there are some, but they are not nearly as plentiful as you would think considering the amount of interest there is in working from home. They are also sometimes difficult to find. Here's a list of the top jobs to work remotely and three ways to find a work-from-home job.

Despite all the online advertising you see, there aren't as many legitimate works at home jobs as you might think unless you have the skills that are conducive to freelancing or for working full-time at a position where you don't need to be in the office.

There are almost as many scams as there is real work from home opportunities. Here's how to research work-at-home opportunities to make sure they are legitimate and avoid scams. There are companies that hire for work-from-home jobs, and you can find work-at-home job listings online.

Companies That Hire

Many people who work from home started out working in an office, but were able to arrange with their employer to work some or all of the time at home.

There are companies that hire employees directly to work from their homes. Check the sites that list work-at-home jobs. Some of these positions are those where you cover a territory, for an insurance company or a consumer products firm, for example, and spend some time on the road and some time in your home office.

Work From Home what we are talking about or our subject matter is different from working at home like carpentry, maintenance, baby seating, online stores, etc. This is all about employment and working with companies and small businesses from home office other than commuting 9-5 office.

Be Flexible

Flexibility is one key to successfully working from home. If you are willing to consider freelance or contract employment or willing to combine a couple of part-time positions, you'll have a greater chance of success in finding opportunities that are legitimate. It's also critically important to take the time to search for positions and to research those that sound viable thoroughly.

But part-time to flexible working schedules differ from employers to employers
Website design, logo design, graphic design, etc…

Also VA (Virtual Assistant), PA (Personal Assistant), Admin support back office to Social Media pages, Web site, and blog Admin, Marketing- FaceBook Ads, Social Media Marketing, Digital Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO Marketing, Business Development- Strategies, Barding, Sales and Startups supports. My interest niches… and I can and might try to touch all about in our next course of action. You may have other expertise or choices like web design, logo design, Book Marking, PPC or survey, etc… whatever you may move forward with the SEARCH… all at your fingertips…freedom is yours… cheers...

There also are data entry, bookkeeping, customer service, recruiting, sales, scheduling, technical, writing, editing, and telemarketing jobs available. In many cases, the jobs are part-time, commission-based, or pay a lump sum for a completed project.

Work at home transcriptionists or closed captioning writers is usually independent contractors who transcribe and edit recorded reports onto their home computer. Online tutors work for internet-based companies that offer help within a variety of subject areas to students of all ages. If you're looking to make a little extra money, paid surveys are a possibility, but do be careful about avoiding scams.

Full-time jobs that provide health insurance, a pension, vacation, and other benefits while you work full-time from home, especially if you don't have the experience, are few and far between. Finding them online is a little like looking for a needle in a haystack.

In other cases, you can work as a home-based agent where you are an employee of the company who works from a home office, providing customer service to client companies. Virtual assistants provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support, as well as creative and/or technical services for clients.

How to Find "Real" Work

Despite all the online advertising you see, there aren't that many works-at-home jobs. Those that are available may require that you live in a certain area or spend at least some time in the office. Others may be part-time or freelance, so you will need to be continually seeking potential positions.

Keep in mind that the skills needed for home employment are similar to those needed for working in an office. You need both the experience and the skills necessary to do the job. You'll also need a home office with high-speed internet, phone, fax, computer, printer, software, and other basic office equipment.

Job Search

To get started, consider your job search for your job. Dedicate as many hours per week to your search for employment as you would spend working. If you're looking for full-time work, you should be spending full-time hours seeking employment.

Networking remains the top way to find a job, and it does work. Develop contacts—friends, family, college alumni, even the other job seekers—anyone who might help generate information and job leads. You can take a direct approach and ask for job leads or try a less formal approach and ask for information and advice. Contact everyone you know and tell them you want to work from home. You may be surprised by the people they know and the leads you can generate.

Job Sites

Check the sites that list work-at-home jobs and look through all the listings and remember to take advantage of the resume posting section, if the site has one. That way companies seeking employers will be able to find your resume.

Use the job search engines using terms like "work at home", "telecommute", and "freelance". Next, search the online job banks using keywords like "work at home", "telecommute", and "telecommuting". Searching Indeed, GlassDoor, LinkedIn, CareerBuilderMonster, for example, using "telecommuting" as a keyword generates almost 200 listings. "Work at home" generates close to 1000 positions.

Applying

Be prepared to apply online. Have a resume and cover letter ready to send. Depending on the type of employment you're looking for, you may also need work samples to send to prospective employers. Track where you've applied. Many of the same positions are listed on multiple sites, so you'll want to be sure not to duplicate your efforts.

Interviews

If you are applying for a work-at-home job for a company that has a local office, you may be expected to interview in person. If you are working for a remote company, you may be interviewed via an online interview system, video, Skype, or even via email. Regardless of the type of interview, be prepared to answer a variety of interview questions.

Tips for Avoiding Scams

There is more work-from-home job scams than there is real work from home job listings, so job seekers need to be careful when searching for and evaluating work-at-home job offers. Presume that the position is a scam unless there is compelling evidence to the contrary. Take the time to research the position and the company, including talking to other people who work there. That way, you won't be scammed, and you will be using your best efforts and best judgment to find a legitimate work-from-home job.
  • If it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is. If you get an unsolicited email telling you that a company that you have never heard of wants to hire you for a job where you don't need experience or skills and can make a lot of money, ignore it. There are lots of scams out there, some of which are personalized and sound quite legitimate.
  •  Know the common scam jobs. There are a number of work-at-home jobs to avoid. These include assembly jobs, multi-level marketing, claims to process, and stuffing envelopes. Many of these positions require you to pay a lot of money, and you see little to no earnings.
  • Read the listing carefully. Make sure you know if there is a salary or if you’re paid on commission. Look into whether or not you need to buy equipment, and if you will be reimbursed.
  • Research the company. If you aren’t sure the company is legitimate, ask for references. If the company won’t provide references, do not apply.
  • Never send money. Employers should not charge you to begin working for them. Avoid any company that asks you to send money for equipment. Also, don't send money for work-at-home directories or start-up kits. Free information and job listings are available online. Also, never give your bank account information or any other personal information that could help someone steal your identity.
  • Avoid “get rich quick” ads. Be careful of listings that guarantee you wealth or financial success or that will help you get rich fast from home. They will probably do none of the above.
  • Evaluate every listing you look at very carefully. Find out if there's a salary or if you're paid on commission. Ask how often you are paid. Ask what equipment (hardware/software) you need to provide. Find out what support the company provides.
  • Ask for references. Request a list of other employees or contractors to see how this has worked for them.

  • Focus on specific companies. To help avoid job scams, focus on legitimate companies that you might want to work for that support telecommuting.
  • Search online. There are a number of job search boards and engines that specialize in work-from-home positions. Remember to look out for scams...
