I myself fellow Fan and student of Professor M. YUNUS whose impact my life in boyhood. 

With Professor Muhammad Yunus at his father's, Ziafat MEZBAN (FEAST) at Nazu Meah Hat, and my Chittagong University Batch 78 Masters Economics Department's Fellow student of Dr. M. Yunus and My bosom Friends while they were visiting my house to meet with honorable sir.  Feb 2008 so far 

Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus (born 28 June 1940) is a Bangladeshi social entrepreneur, banker, economist, and civil society leader 

who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for founding the Grameen Bank and pioneering the concepts of microcredit and microfinance. These loans are given to entrepreneurs too poor to qualify for traditional bank loans. In 2006, Yunus and the Grameen Bank were jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize "for their efforts through microcredit to create economic and social development from below". The Norwegian Nobel Committee said that "lasting peace cannot be achieved unless large population groups find ways in which to break out of poverty" and that "across cultures and civilizations, Yunus and Grameen Bank have shown that even the poorest of the poor can work to bring about their own development". Yunus has received several other national and international honors. He received the United States Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2009 and the Congressional Gold Medal in 2010.

Dr. M. Yunus is my cousin’s son by relation – NEPHEW. We are from the Same Village and belongs to the same birthplace renown south Chittogram locality Nazu Meah Hat

His father Haji Dulla Meah Showdagar was my beloved cousin. I had very good relations and contact with him until dead. From the boy, I was influenced by Dr. Yunus.

In 1968, the NIRIBILI residence builds by his father at the Punchalish Residential Area at Chittagong city. For the inauguration and home party, my father was invited and was accompanied – Dr. Yunus came with a Voxwagn car drive self-drive. That was the first journey trip in my life by car.

Fourthly- Dr. Yunus established Printing Packaging Industry “Pakistan Packages” after independence which was named as “Packages corporation” I was greatly inspirited by this an industry which became my dream comes true in the year 1993- I had established “Desh Packages Ltd.”, Printing and Packaging. The difference is that Packages Corporation - a Cardboard box and mine was both Cardboard and Corrugated paper box.

Dr. Younus lives in the town center, occasionally or yearly comes to enjoy and met villagers and relatives on EID_FEATIVALS. So no such intimacy with him like his father and other brothers. However- he was and is my ICON…his family and his influence in life greatly.

Dedicated in the memory of two ever great Royal Bengal NRB Honourable Rahman, (Sir) Ahmad Fazlur (1889-1945)Educationist Fazlur Rahman started his career as a Lecturer in History in the Aligarh University in 1914, continued to serve there till 1921. Fazlur Rahman was the Provost of Salimullah Muslim Hall of D.U. from 1921 to 1927. He was elected a member of the Bengal Legislative Council in 1923 from the Dhaka University constituency. He was nominated as a member of the Legislative Council in 1927. F. R. was the chairman of the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board in 1934. Sir A. R.Rahman was the Vice-Chancellor of the Dhaka University from '34 -'36. The Dhaka University conferred upon him the honorary Doctor of Law degree in '37. The same year he was appointed a member of the Federal Public Service Commission of India. Fazlur Rahman was knighted by the Government of India in 1942. He died in 1945 AD.

Sir A.F.Rahan Hall, University of Chittagong Bangladesh is one of the memorials.

The nation is GUILTY of CHAMP corrupt Nations TIP lists holder due to WHOM? Are they NRB's? What they are getting? They are hard working and very much and better- BEST patriotic members of the Nation. They are not only sending remittances but importing a considerable i.e., from traditional tooth powders, vegetables to their almosts al daily necessities from their beloved motherland essences. In the then period, the late 40's the expatriates brought and familiarised the first worlds consumer electronic to our back-dated poor society? Not only that, they are almost every day harassed at the national Airports by the porters, Immigration officials LEFT HANDs OF THE LAWs! All these are still the HOT subject matter of  TALK shows and  Fake agendas on election issues only. Who is to Bell the CAT? CHANGE is mere should not be a slogan! Need a real CHANGE of it. NRBs should be accredited with VIP status too. They are the VERY IMPORTANT PERSONS and our GOODWILL AMBASSADOR ABROAD. They are the real HERO and FREEDOM fighters who create awareness to the foreign governments. about STOP Genocide and mass killing of our peoples by the West PAK. They collect, donate and send money to support freedom fighters too. As a nation, we have to Rewarded them by any means any way without by partizan ways. No more ADAM title, manpower ministry, and manpower BUREAU should be reshuffled and updated through IT.

Secondly- Govt. may manage, established, share, invest their money in expertise for the employment generation. You see INDIA and NRI. A good example at our next door. BANGALORE IT CITY like outsourcing is necessary to employ our educated new generation young WORK forces into Nation Building a soldier. Freelancing, home jobs, home biz through providing free or even cheapest affordable to all INTERNET facilities is a must. That will be a Real CHANE in REAL-TIME. Good Morning and Go ahead Bangladesh. Very recently, I joined as a visiting lecturer with a renowned Degree college at Chittagong City, having 3600 students. My Level is pass and Honours of AIS and Banking Classes. Out of two hundred students, only two found a bit familiar with a typing speed of 25! They know nothing about the promising Outsourcing and Freelancing HUGE jobs sectors nor competent in English! They are completely in DARK and happy with an uncertain future. I myself was found guilty of it and liable as a senior citizen. Outsourcing became part of the business lexicon during the 1980s. It is essentially a division of labor.

With information-technology services now a $748 billion business worldwide, according to Gartner Inc., outsourcers such as Satyam, IBM Corp., Accenture Ltd., Infosys Technologies Ltd., Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and Wipro Ltd. are often as important to a company as its own internal divisions.

Bangladesh: Outsourcing opportunities after China & India

Due to the increased production cost in China & India, Bangladesh has emerged as a lucrative outsourcing market due to its low infrastructure and production cost and investment-friendly legislation. In a report published in the Bangla daily 'Prothom-alo', Deutsche Bank has identified Bangladesh as the perfect field for next-generation outsourcing. The Bank has recently launched aXess Bangladesh – an institutional platform that provides equity. Home to one of the world’s biggest ready-made-garments industries and that nearly ten million of its people are college graduates. This vast pool of educated workforce, all of whom can read write and understand spoken English is shaping a new industry in Bangladesh i.e. the information technology industry. The use of computers in Bangladesh as a research and data manipulation tool dates back more than 30 years. Today computers are widely used in offices, businesses, educational institutions, at home, and in the field. In one of the most progressive policy orientations towards IT of any nation on earth today, Bangladesh allows 100% duty-and-tax-free import of all computer hardware and software. The state provides many other fiscal and infrastructural facilities to accelerate the use of computers and the growth of the IT industry.

The IT industry is represented by two industry bodies, namely Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) and Bangladeshi size of the IT industry is estimated at around USD 150 million which is growing at more than 20% each year. Human resources for the IT industry have been growing rapidly since the govt. declared this industry as a thrust sector and has embarked on a mission to make the industry a substantial part of the USD 36 billion economies. The vital statistics for this sector are: More than 300,000 IT professionals are engaged in the industry.

In most cases, our government is confined with the airing of fake promises. The present government's election pledge was that they generate employment one per home. So who is to bell the cat? I was then printed 10,000 pamphlets to distribute, and have been trying relentlessly with my limited resource to address my SR. From Primary to University Masters complete under public institution. Republic Public subsidized educational institute. I haven’t done anything to pay off my loan…!!

I always feel guilty off and always trying to do something as my social responsibility…Four years spent with Hazra Taju University College- A sum total of 5K-6K students’ campus. I was looking then looking for an ELEPHANT amount… but haven’t got a MOUSE 2008-2011

 

After that- I have joined with a Kutubdia Technical & Business Management College as Principal. In a sense and hope for a better CHANCE to promote my DREAM, because this was an ICT-worthy Technical education College. OMG- there was no electricity and quality students!

2016- March 2018 Again back to pavilion… join with Noapara University College …. 

All the same, no outcomes  

Since April 2018- I have been dedicated to developing my carrier in digital Marketing…Pieces of training, Internships, Courses completing to gain knowledge and carrier development to land a job…I am almost about to LAND a job with an American Consultant as a Personal Manager…  $43 hour, part-timer 15 hours week.  Signed a primary MOU, supposed to sign up an original contract next week…. Due to COVID-19 no trace off!!

But I am a serious contender, CHALLENGER thriving to achieve and drive my goal. MY wife, Nephew, Kids, friends dishearten me… they always suggest I get a low profile $10-20 an hour job! But my ambition and target Mid LEVEL executive carrier job in Marketing with an hourly @$ 35-45 Minimum.

I never give up… and have been spending online 30-40 hours a week in search of my stipulated and desired job.

65 Years and over: 6.42% (male 4,844,612 /female 5,392,478) (2018 EST.) Excluded 

*Note: Degree or Honors Level 2^nd year 20-24 years approximately- 10%

Now a daze a significant amount of the population is youth 18-35 age group about 40%, easily take 50% in total.

So this is a TALE of 50% of people in Bangladesh. Isn’t it?

Bangladeshi spent most of the time on FaceBook about 90%

Asians spent on FaceBook about 74+%

Europe spent on FaceBook about 70%

American Spent on FaceBook about 38%

Findings:

On average our 50% of people habituated to stay, use online weekly on an average of 15 hours a week.

So YOU must have to be purposeful. YOU know your situation- how much time you spent online. I just try to present an average idea to carry forward. But I am confident that the findings are real-time TRUE scenarios.  However- plan your future with a mission and vision strategy.

Let’s see HOW?

1. Say for example- age group- 20-24 those who are pursuing a degree, honors, and Masters: You may use 10 out of 15 hours in finding how to be a freelancer. From starting to Masters it will take 5-6 years to complete and pass. 
2. Secondly- Completed degree, honors, and Masters any enter in to the job market
3. Thirdly- Those who are in full time and may try to earn more income and comfort
4. Fourthly- Retirees those who are willing and looking for earn living
5. Fifth- Educated housewives willing to earn income in their extra time…

Our finding shows that the minimum average online time spent a week= 15 + other 5 Hours =20 Hrs.

We may go for 50:50 ratios… 50% percent for rough use + 50% for featured purposeful use.

OK?

In our segment #1- Student may invest idle time 10 hrs week at least for 5 years 

and the time= 10 X 52 X 5 = 2600 Hours (6 months holidays + others 6 month= 1 yr off)

So you have been getting 2600 hours of precious time to invest.

Category #2- Service holders they are having 10 hours to invest per week onwards…

Categories #4-5- Having plenty of time to invest, depends on them try more
