  • Moreover- HUGE promotion and grow-up space- from the executive, LEAD, Manger to Director Position…

In the year 1965 American citizens once in a year in the Charismas day can only get Florida orange to eat!

Can you imagine?

Now a day’s Florida Orange and orange juice available at the shopping rack of Agora in Chittagong, Bangladesh- How?

In the then Pakistani Regime period 1965- when a man is about to dyeing asks his/her last desire. And most cases the rich family member’s desire was for eating grapes.  While visitors visiting relative patients most cases the 100 grams grapes or Dalim (ডালিম, বেদানা, আনার), Anar, Bedana – Pomegranate fruits were the prime choice in most cases!

At that time fruits, items are only available at Riaz Uddin Bazar Fruit shop in Chittagong City Center, too costly, and at best 100 grams was the max.

Now Rickshaw Puller Van driver brings the Egyptian orange, grape at our doorsteps, and a poor garments worker can easily be buying a minimum of a half kg of fruits at a time.  How it’s possible?

Simple answer- because of the development of marketing channels in particular. While I was conducting Marketing class, I always refer this pitch to my honors students. I am not defining the history of marketing nor the scope, areas, and deployment of marketing at all. I just would like to mean and defining the importance of marketing in our life and living.

The marketing the world is dynamic and ever-changing — trends, technology, and tactics are never stagnant.

Once upon a time, only offline Marketing prevailed. In this 21 Century ICT and Internet age new era of DIGITAL and SOCIAL Media redefined the total meaning of marketing to the new level of interaction and friendly at our fingertips on the go.

Moreover- online website, social platforms, communities, payment wallets make it ever easier and handy mobile-friendly too.

Marketing broadening the scope and areas ever:  development of SEO SEM EM CONTENT BLOG SOCIAL MEDIA marketing tech and tools plus more…

Now a day’s mainstream social media playing a huge and awesome role in the marketing arenas from Searching Finding to Purchase products online to know how Share Thoughts through it.

While in the year 1988 I was been visiting India- Pakistan SARC tour, 1990 Japan, 1994 USA, and 1997-2002 residing in U.A.E; at my home T&T analog phone available. How much money I expend talking over the telephone you can’t think of it! It was so costly!!
Now Communication through inexpensive FaceBook Massager, Imo, WhatsApp interface is too cheap, easy, and inexpensive. An infant baby of 3 years can use and connect over mobile Collaboration Cloud Automation Apps Social Media gives marketing new heights and user friendly acceptance.

That's why it's critical that every business owners and employers stay up to date with new developments in the industry — after all; the last thing you want is for your business and carries to fall behind while your competitors stay ahead of the curve.
But how can you are sure you're keeping up with the times?

A great way to remain relevant and keep up with the marketing trends is to keep an eye on marketing statistics.

Be consistent and SteadySuccess In Reaching Goals Is Determined By Mindset

WHY IS MINDSET IMPORTANT IN ACHIEVING SUCCESS?

The Hare Mindset VS the Tortoise Mindset

The Importance of Mindset- the skill you need - because Mindset is the key to success in freelance. You must have to set a plan to work START and consistently strive until reaching the goal- managing a job.

Are You a Tortoise or a Hare? Growth vs. Fixed Mindset

You can do anything you set your mind to. It is like setting up of Alarm to wake up in the early morning to pray, walking, and trip whatever…

Everything that can be converted from an atom to a bit will be…
“Willpower is the key to success. Successful people strive no matter what they feel by applying their will to overcome apathy, doubt, or fear.”  Dan Millman

I have been trying, learning, finding ways and means, applying, attending, facing interviews, meeting, emailing almost every day from April 2008 to today.

Self-destruction and missing out from the track off and on a carrier development Track changes. Keep yourself on TRACK until managing a job offer. There is no shortcut way out…

For one single post, tones of the applicant applying from all over the world- 200+ 400+

Haring managers on average spent a few 6-7 seconds on each application and put into ATS (Artificial Tracking System). So Machine Friendly and Keyword optimized Cover Letter and Resume building is another important issue. You have to LEARN how to…taking a professional help or online whatever…

HOW do I use the right Resume Keywords and Phrases to Land a Right Job KEYWORDS & PHRASES ARE KEY TO LAND AN INTERVIEW

First, you have to know and understand your enemy. These “resume reading robots” are often referred to as an ATS. Software sometimes involving artificial intelligence that employers can use as a filter for all incoming applications they receive via the web. The last Post discussed ATS...

An ATS doesn’t examine information on a resume the same way a human hiring manager would. Instead of looking at the overall picture of a candidate, the ATS combs your digital file for keywords and phrases and uses an algorithm to determine a “relevance” score. As Mark Slack and Erik Borowitz from The Muse put it, “[ATS software is] the 21st-century a version of the troll under the bridge.”

Your resume keywords should include specific job requirements, including your skills, competencies, relevant credentials, and previous positions and employers. Always mean job-related HARD, TECHNICAL & SOFT Skills, Use of Action Verbs, Phrases

Essentially, keywords should be words that, at a glance, it will show the hiring manager that you are a good fit for the job.

As a job seeker, you already know that keywords can make or break job seekers’ attempts to snag an interview because their resumes are fed into a company’s applicant tracking system or other resume scanning tools.
I have been spending 4-6 hours and 35+ hours a week a like a full-time job to manage a minimum $35 per hour job in my niche that I noted earlier. There are so many non-legit and spam sites online that you have to face and fight. Reasons why I don’t go for gig jobs.

Lastly- after dogged and nubs, before COVID-19 Pandemic I have managed an offer of part-time weekly 15 hours of PM- personal Manager or PA job. The offer letter’s primary MOU was signed through Email and after a week later supposed to ink the formal offer letter. By this time CORONA outbreak and still missing the employer and can’t trace out. I have sent an email twice to update and to know…but no response from another side Texas, USA.

Another Important issue- online work samples and profile building- HOW?

Simple- create a free blogger blog, word press blog your own. Sign up with trending social media – with FB, Twitter, and LinkedIn. And start sharing thoughts posting your blog weekly by-weekly…in English…never use your mother language…

Practice makes a man perfect…keep practicing…the natural way of learning English to be a seasoned professional. I have GROWN UP and an outcome of help and support of generous peoples (Forum, blog, and group) around the globe.

Self-motivation, consistency, determination is the foundation of all success. First- I tried my level best. Self-help is the best HELP. Always go through TRIAL & ERRORS. When fail then taken the measure to find the right help. We are all learners, so please never hesitate to peruse. In this regard prerequisite is the LANGUAGE to communicate. English is my second language: Always used to share, communicate through the English medium. This way- Email, Chat, share, content writing, blog posting, reading, bidding, watching that enhancing our proficiencies day by day.

Be an ever Learner- keep in mind that- American and Briton babies without attending school and know-how about the grammar- HOW the beginner infants are Speaking English? This is the lesson for all of you. What are the babies doing? WATCHING, LISTENING, SPEAKING. Through sharing and communicating with their parents and people around the family. They don't know how to read and write. It takes place later on. YOU may add READ & WRITE.

So all come through the total Factor FIVE…

All of you Know How- To Watch, Listen, Spoken, Reading and Writing as you are proficient in your mother tongue without attending any Formal Academies. Informal- home, family, society, relatives, friends, radio, TV are a few sources of a Natural and universal way of learning…

Haring manger always would like to see your writing, communication, grammatical and interaction skills.

Finding and Applying regularly improve your skills, by reading jobs post details and creating a cover letter, Answering emails, Interviews….and so on keep going …

You are in the beginner’s stage so follow the step-by-step guide to driving success.

How to Create a Personal Branding Marketing Plan

Effective personal branding doesn’t just happen overnight. You have to have a plan in place if you want to maximize your personal brand and career. In short- for simplicity, we mean to say a Personal Brand is a personal profile.

Job seekers who build effective personal brands carefully plan a strategy to help make themselves become noticed by employers and recruiters. A personal marketing plan consists of creating a personal mission statement, analyzing your current situation as a job seeker, goals, objectives, opportunities, and a strategy for landing a job.

Although many jobs seekers don’t create personal marketing plans, it’s a great tool for helping you create an outline of what you want to accomplish as a job seeker and goals you would like to meet within the next year. Whether you’re looking for your first job or wanting to advance your career, a personal marketing plan can definitely help you accomplish your goals and meet your career objectives.

If you’re wondering how a personal marketing plan can maximize your job search and personal brand, follow these five simple steps to help you outline your career goals:

1. Define your mission statement.

Creating your mission statement is the first step of your personal marketing plan. This is where you define your mission as a professional, career objectives, and personal goals.

Your mission statement should also answer two questions: Who am I as a professional? What do I need to do to accomplish my career goals and objectives? These are fundamental questions that must be answered before you can begin your job search.

If you want to maximize your job search and personal brand, your mission statement should also include a goal or objective that explains how you are at a competitive advantage as a job seeker. This includes qualities you believe that set you apart from the rest of the job seekers.

2. Explore your strengths and weaknesses.

Similar to a marketing plan, you will also do an analysis of your strengths and weaknesses. This is important for you to do as a job seeker because it will help you discover what opportunities best fit your needs and areas where you can improve as a professional. By exploring your strengths and weaknesses, you will also learn how your experience aligns with the job seekers you are competing with.

To evaluate your strengths, take a look at your experience, hard and soft skills, and character. These are values that will help you in promoting your personal brand. Next, when you evaluate your weaknesses, look at what you can do to improve and help yourself stand out. Determine if there are any particular skills you need to develop and things you need to change about your personal branding strategy. By doing this, you will be able to improve your competitive advantage and improve as a professional.

3. Identify opportunities that fit your career needs.

After you define your strengths and weaknesses, it’s time to identify opportunities for you as a job seeker. You should already have an idea of what type of job fits your needs, wants, and characteristics, so this should make it a little easier for you to find opportunities.

When identifying opportunities that fit your needs, you should consider the type of work the environment you excel in, the type of industry you enjoy, and the culture that fits your characteristics. By doing this, you will be able to narrow down your job search and improve your chances of connecting with professionals who can help you advance your career.

4. Implement the promotion of your personal brand.

Once you know your personal goals for your marketing plan, you’ll be able to begin promoting your personal brand. Knowing what opportunities fit your needs, you will be able to have more leverage on your personal brand. When implementing self-promotion, it’s key to connect with people in your industry and share relevant content people in your networks will find valuable. You will also be able to promote your personal brand to employers and recruiters in your desired industry and position yourself for companies you’d like to work for.

5. Evaluate your job search performance.

The final step in building a marketing plan is measuring your job search success. You can create these metrics through how many connections you’ve made through social networking, interviews, and even the job offers you received. It’s important to evaluate yourself as a professional so you know what works for you and how you can improve. If you aren’t building contacts or landing interviews, then it’s a sure-fire sign you may need to reevaluate your objectives. On the other hand, if you are finding success with your personal brand, then you’re definitely on the right track with your personal marketing plan.

As you can see, creating a personal marketing plan is a great way to help you define your goals and position yourself as a professional. You will be able to maximize the power of your personal brand, build your professional network, and even land jobs that fit your career needs. By focusing on your personal goals and creating objectives for your job search, you will be able to put yourself at an advantage and stand out amongst your competition in the job market.

Every job seeker needs to have a well-planned career strategy for the upcoming year.

A great way to get yourself focused on your job search is to create a game plan for your career. Your career game plan consists of setting goals, figuring out how you’ll accomplish those goals, and creating a time frame for yourself.

To help you get started with creating a game plan for your career, here are some steps to follow:

1. Start with a goal and break it down.

Succeeding your job search requires you to start with the end in mind. Your career game plan will focus on the goals you have for the upcoming year and breaking them down into shorter goals.

For example, let’s say by next year, you hope to be working full-time as a marketing professional in the sports industry. In order to accomplish this goal, you can break it down into a series of objectives.

Your first objective could be to start building your personal brand as an expert in the sports industry. You can do this by creating a professional website or blog, networking with professionals in your field, and getting involved with conversations about the industry online.

2. Determine the skills you need to learn.

After you’ve set your goal and created objectives, determine the skills set you need in order to be successful in landing a job. This will make you more marketable to employers.

To determine the skills you need to learn, research relevant job postings and organizations to the type of job you want. Pay close attention to the skills and experience each of these organizations require. If you find you’re lacking in a certain area, this is a good indication you need to learn some new skills.

3. Keep track of successes and failures.

As you continue on your job search, pay close attention to your accomplishments and failures. Whenever you accomplish an objective such as landing an interview or attending a networking event, this helps you gauge your career success. On the other hand, if you miss a goal or objective, this provides you with the opportunity to learn and improve from your mistakes.

4. Keep playing to win.

The only way your career game plan is going to work is if you adopt an “I’m in it to win it!” mentality. There’s no doubt you’ll experience a number of ups and downs in your career, but you need to stick with your goals no matter what.

Being persistent with your job search and staying aware of opportunities is the only way you’re going to give yourself a leg up in your career. You can only reach success if you follow through with your career goals and hold yourself accountable for your success. By doing this, your career game plan will help you get ahead with your job search and lead yourself closer to the big picture.

A career game plan is a great way to get you focused on your job search and helps you find a job that meets your goals and needs. By following these tips, you’ll create a career game plan that gets you ahead of the game.
