CROSSOVER redefining the people work worldwide

This is an IT age, border-free globalized world. Talent isn't determined by geography.

Crossover recruits and screens only those with exemplary skills and drive to work with the world's best businesses. Their teams bring the talent to manage all types of initiatives, from software development to quality assurance to growing solution road maps.

The marketplace is not limited to any City, Country, Region; there is no bounds. A huge almost total globe other than a few restricted countries and so huge competition with global talents as the hole.  Whatever the Bangladeshi education & tech knowledge off.. doesn't matter. We have to and might learn and pursue according to global employers rules. Here we go and think of redefining people's work. In my previous post, I have talked about my interview. I was then taken a bit of time to conceptualize my dream job along with updating my desktop, mobile phone to co-opt. But recruitment TEAM terminated out from the said interview. Employers are always right with their goals and vision so time and tide wait for none. After that immediately I have applied for another position and yesterday 22 Dec 2017 completed one written assignment. Now keep going with my mission to familiarize the CROSSOVER and it's vision in Bangladesh.
