How Trust Will Keep You Working!

Working in the freelance world- Be proactive:

Keep promises. Nothing’s more important than meeting deadlines, being available for communication on the agreed days and times, and delivering (at least) the quality you said you would.
Document your processes. Most things can be done multiple ways and letting the employer know why you thought path A was better than B helps them understand your intentions — and if the employer says he’d rather go with B, he’ll understand that you made a logical initial choice, rather than think you just screwed up.
Save the employer money. Anything that brings your work in under budget — even if that means you billed a bit less time than expected — establishes your integrity and your respect for the employer’s resources.

How TRUST will get you hired

Presenting yourself in the freelance world- Bids proposal:

· First impressions are huge. Your earliest communications will create the basis of trust with your employer. Be smart, eager, and on time. Reread your emails before you send them, and use a spell-checker or have a friend proofread for you, especially if you’re not communicating in your native language.

· Be honest about your skills. It’s painfully trendy to call yourself a “_____ Rockstar” these days, but don’t overpromise. If you disappoint the employer when called to use one of your weaker “rockstar” skills, then you’ll never get a chance to demonstrate your real potential.

· Think big. Ask about the employer’s business case and business goals — for your assignment and beyond. Employers trust someone who cares about the big picture, who understands their priorities and makes them her own.

Freelance- Changes how the world works.

Information age erases psychical border. Changing relations, jobs, business, marketing, politics that threaded remotely the whole world. Changes how the world works- traditional to IT globalized way. How it works? Free individuals freelance world. No office no BOSS, no 9-5 office, no commitment, and no commuting- Works from home. I am an ex-industrialist due to corruption got rid of, industry. Have been visited Japan USA UK and 20+ other countries of the world. Had been on surveillance mood to earn living from 90-2002. Somehow misfortunes and back to the pavilion. Lastly, in 2008 internet opens the door to long-distance jobs. After long trial and error as a learner/practitioner have succeeded. Am confident of freelance service providing to earn living from the comfort of our home. But the road is not so smooth, there are so many spam and scams sites. I have lost EURO 5000 for long six months of works (whole night, 40+ Hrs per week). Lastly, I am an Elancer, earned USD $1800+ a month ( www.elance.com/s/lekubd ).

Workshops - The magic of exceptional communication With Youth

One of the excellent benefits of attending motivational workshops are that they get you energized about changing your life. before beginning the main Freelance job fair and Seminar these may be used to say WARM-UP ...

6 workshops are in consideration by this time. Starting first one from East Delta University, Chittagong CAMPUS, and hopefully by the next fortnight.

A Best Case Scenario

Workshops seem to work best for people who already have a vision/mission vehicle in place, or have a fairly clear idea about what they want their future professional vehicle to be. People with an established vehicle go to work (or to their businesses) on the following opening day brimming with new ideas and strategies which they are able to put to work immediately. And because success builds on success, each successfully implemented strategy leads to the next, and so on. These participants can truthfully say that the workshop changed their lives. It gave them the necessary impetus to move their career or business to the next level.

We are working with the students who are perusing graduation or graduated and the project is of IT-based new generation featured one. Other than these, help up of growing with a proactive attitude to let them drive towards self-motivated, self-starter do-follow and learning passionate personnel as Proactive human capital

The same applies to those who know what vehicle they plan to use in the future. On the Monday morning after the workshop, they make their first (or renewed) moves towards establishing the vehicle. They make phone calls, arrange loans, write letters, purchase new equipment - whatever steps are required to turn the idea into reality. The motivational energy from the workshop propels them to make the decisions and take the actions that will lead them to their goals. If they continue to build momentum, they are also justified in claiming that the workshop changed their lives.

CSR practice an imperative for Bangladesh business.

CSR is not charity but is rather an instrumental PR investment.

Side effect or Universal law- when creating wealth or job opportunities for the society and on the other, they pollute and destroy environment and ecology, moral, cultural and religious beliefs with devastating impact on human health, life and bio-diversity worldwide. To address the social problems or the problems of the stakeholders, the business community evolved a new approach in their business strategies named CSR and through CSR enterprises are intent to strike a balance between economic and social goals, where resources are used in a rational manner and social needs are being addressed responsibly.

The very recent practices of benevolent social services by some business firms, the new concept of CSR is an emerging one.

Globalization has made CSR practice imperative for Bangladesh business. CSR concentrates on the benefits of all stakeholders rather than just the stockholders. Awareness and sense of necessity for practicing CSR is becoming more and more pronounced as the country has to adapt itself to the process of globalization
